Post Construction

Contains two phases: initial and final cleaning. The initial cleaning pertains to the removal of construction debris, dust and left over material throughout the project, preparing the areas for the final phase. The final phase is a thorough cleansing of all wall and ceiling surfaces, trims, fixtures, built-ins, window cleaning, glass, mirrors, upper and lower cabinets, counter tops, appliances, toilets, sinks and appliances. The final cleaning is a comprehensive project where all surfaces are cleaned, sanitized and ready for immediate use
